Dear friends

Last weekend we witnessed  an extremely stimulating course -----  – Publish & flourish

Dr Nene and his team had put up a superlative show to cater to the needs of everybody –  from PG students to senior orthopaedic  surgeons .The course was attended by not only Orthopaedic fraternity but by consultants  form other specialties.

Following  topics were discussed in depth  .

1)       Making best use of computers  , searching on the net and  making presentation     --We thought we knew  all this  but really didn’t

2)      Identifying problems , documenting  and analyzing them -- Subjects  and concepts  which we vaguely knew  existed   

3)       How to go about publishing– a ground on which most of us have never played   .

At the end of these  vibrant  two days,  the faculty succeeded in  stimulating us  as well as showing us the  way forwards .

Friends it is up to us now to carry on  -- Let us  create literature from our vast clinical material  which would be useful not just for Indians but for the world .
